Passion, enthusiasm, practice.
How long will it take before I can play?
Reaching a certain level of proficiency is largely just a matter of time and
practice. At Independent Music Academy, we've helped hundreds of students
achieve their goals faster by taking the time to understand them and then
providing lessons tailored to their individual needs. Our Mentors are more than
just great musicians - they're also great teachers.
How good can I get?
Music is for everybody, and how good you can get at any aspect of it is a
matter of training, practice and passion. None of the most 'gifted'
musicians of our time were born great: they all spent countless hours studying,
practicing, and working hard to achieve their goals. At Independent Music
Academy, our mentors are professional musicians who know what it takes to
achieve any level of proficiency. All you need to provide is passion,
enthusiasm, and the time to practice and improve.
What if I don’t have time to practice often?
While practice is important, it's also important to enjoy your journey
towards becoming a better musician. Our mentors can help you set goals that
will help you achieve as much as you can as quickly as you can with the time
you have available to you.

Do you offer group lessons?
We do not offer group lessons because they do not provide the tailored,

more and provide less.
