Chris Kinman has spent decades developing his noiseless single coil pickups. They are the best pickups that money can buy. All the tone that you expect from the finest vintage and contemporary single coils but without the buzz and hum. Andrew LOVES Chris’ pickups.
John Ratajzyck (or B.J.) is a Brisbane legend. He and his son repair amps and keyboards and every musician in Brisbane knows that if you want something repaired or modded to the highest standards, then B.J is your man. Not everyone knows that B.J. actually makes his own amplifiers. He has a handful of designs available for sale, and these amplifiers are INCREDIBLE! Andrew and Seamus both use Ratajzyck amplifiers and would not use anything else – because they haven’t heard anything else that sounds better.
Chris Melville is Brisbane’s premier Acoustic Guitar maker and Guitar (Electric and Acoustic) repairer. His instruments are absolutely world class and his repair work is second to none. We won’t send our Guitars to anyone else.
The Grove Establishment
The Grove Establishment is one of our favourite venues in Brisbane. It is intimate and comfortable and the venue owners are friendly and professional. IMA has recently been having it’s biannual Concerts at The Grove and we hope to have our clients performing there for many years to come. Conveniently located next to IMA Ashgrove!
